Link your Discord and Railway accounts to get access to posting in the Railway Discord's support forums!
Help by default is read-only, to ask questions you must link your account.

In order to link your accounts, your Railway account must be in good-standing and verified via GitHub.

Why won't my account link?
It's likely that your account is not in good standing. You GitHub needs to be old enough and you need to have a valid subscription to Railway. If you are facing billing issues, you can email us.

I have a billing question and I can't verify. How do I give you money?
Well, you'd need to email us as we can't just have your private information in the Discord.

What happened to Direct Support?
Discord API limits. We are working on a new system here. If you made a team before 03/10/23 - you are still entitled to a channel. Reach out to us via email.

Why are you asking for this many permissions?
Railway auto-joins the Railway server for you. This is helpful for users who are joining from the account settings page. We don't use the permissions for anything else.
