listmonk is a standalone, self-hosted, newsletter and mailing list manager. It is fast, feature-rich, and packed into a single binary. It uses a PostgreSQL 13 database as its data store.

Notes:

• Make sure to go into listmonk's settings menu and update the Root URL to your Railway generated or custom domain. Example: https://listmonk-production.up.railway.app (sans trailing slash)
